Gospel TimeBack by popular demand, Carolina in the Fall is now a three day festival. With the addition of Sunday to the festival schedule, the festival organizers decided to reinstage the crowd favorite Gospel Time on Sunday morning. Festival attendees from Wilkes County, as well as those who have traveled to the festival for the entire weekend, can still fill their spiritual need on Sunday morning.![]() To begin the Gospel Time, Brad Simmons will lead us in prayer. Festival Favorites - The Johnson Family and The Kruger Brothers will perform hymns and other gospel songs during the Gospel Time. Throughout the Gospel Time, Monica Shepherd will share scripture verses with us. As a way to end the Gospel Time and include the festival attendees, many musicians will sing familiar hymns and invite fans to participate by "singing along." Often, many fans call the Gospel Time their "favorite part of the festival." It usually proves to be a moving experience. |

The Carolina in the Fall Festival has been recognized for the fourth consecutive year for excellence in the festival industry. The North Carolina Association of Festivals and Events recently held the annual conference and Showfest in Charlotte, North Carolina.
