Town of North Wilkesboro

The Town of North Wilkesboro is well-deserving of the Sponsor of the Year Award. The Town Board of Commissioners, Town Manager, and Police Chief are eager to assist Carolina in the Fall in order to achieve success for both the festival and the town. Early on in th eplanning phase, the Town of North Wilkesboro was constantly offering support for the festival - in whatever way possible. Town officials recognized the positive impact available to North Wilkesboro through the family oriented music festival, Carolina in the Fall.

The Town Manager and the Town Board of Commissioners invited festival organizers to present event plans at open board meetings. As a result of the presentations, and as a means of offering support, the Board of Commissioners voted to make a substantial financial contribution to the festival. Furthermore, the Town Board of Commissioners offered and approved the services of the North Wilkesboro Police Department and Puble Utilities personnel as needed by the festival.

The support of the Town of North Wilkesboro has been extremely valuable to Carolina in the Fall. By offering assistance in a variety of ways, the Town of North Wilkesboro has contributed significantly to the success of the festival and is most deserving of being named Sponsor of the Year.
